You support the team by processing analyses, handling invoicing, and preparing reports. You also serve as the point of contact for customers and suppliers, ensuring professional and friendly communication. No two days are the same—you switch effortlessly between different tasks while keeping everything well-organized.

Who are you and what do you bring?

• strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain oversight

• administrative experience, preferably in a technical or laboratory environment

• a keen eye for detail and accuracy

• excellent written and verbal communication skills

• customer-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• proficient in Office software and administrative systems

• fluent in Dutch, with knowledge of French and English being a plus
