Customers rate Normec Foodcare with a 7.9

In October 2023, research agency Customeyes conducted the annual customer satisfaction survey of Normec Foodcare. This showed that customers rate our services with an average of 7.9. Our reliability, customer focus and our level of knowledge are mentioned as strong points, among other things. A big compliment to all our employees.

We are proud of the result and thank all participants of the customer satisfaction survey for the given appreciation, points for improvement and compliments. In the coming period we will continue to work hard to serve our customers even better.

The Importance of Customer Satisfaction in 2023

Just like 2022, 2023 was a year with major challenges for many of our customers, but also for Normec Foodcare. Think of the high energy and production costs and the continuing tightness on the labor market. Especially in this year full of challenges, we wanted to investigate how customers experienced our services. By measuring customer satisfaction, we can optimize our services and implement the necessary improvements.
