Mark Taylor appointed Chief Commercial Officer of Normec Group

Throughout his career, Mark has successfully built and professionalised commercial organisations, driving both organic and acquisition-led growth in private equity-backed environments. His appointment marks an important step in strengthening Normec’s commercial capabilities as the group continues to expand internationally.

Most recently, Mark served as Chief Commercial Officer at Waterlogic, a global water solutions provider operating across Europe, North America, APAC and LATAM. Following the successful acquisition of Waterlogic by Culligan, he played a key role in the integration and further scaling of the combined business, contributing to significant value creation and operational synergies.

As Chief Commercial Officer at Normec, Mark will focus on driving commercial excellence across the organisation, further professionalising Normec’s sales approach and supporting the next phase of international development.

With his strong commercial track record, strategic mindset and broad international experience, Mark will play a key role in supporting Normec’s long-term strategic ambitions.
