Normec Foodcare introduces an updated customer portal that helps you easily view laboratory results, analyse trends and take action faster. With the customer portal, you save time, prevent errors and ensure that you are always in control of the safety and quality of your products.

The new portal provides a central place for all data. No more loose Excel lists or lost reports, but direct insight into the information you need. So you can make faster decisions and optimise quality within your organisation.

Efficiency and convenience: all data in one place

With the new customer portal, you have a clear overview of all laboratory results. Results are compared directly with your set limit values. Thanks to the handy traffic light system, you can see at a glance whether a result is within the standard:

  • Green: approved

  • Orange: warning

  • Red: limit values exceeded

So you no longer have to go through reports manually or make your own calculations. The portal automates this process and saves you valuable time. Moreover, you easily link follow-up actions and add comments. This also makes it easy for dynamic teams and part-timers to share information and take over tasks.
