Complaints procedure
“All complaints relating to actions performed by Normec Fire Safety & Security can be submitted to the daily management of Normec Normec Fire Safety & Security. You can do this by submitting a written complaint. Upon request, inspection of our complaint and appeal procedures is available.
Complaint service
It is important to us that you are satisfied with our services. Nevertheless, it may happen that you are not completely satisfied on one occasion. If so, we would like you to tell us. Then we have the opportunity to find an appropriate solution that does satisfy you and improve our service for the future.
Objection of final assessment
If you disagree with the final judgment of an inspection, you can submit your appeal. This can only be done by the client. If your appeal is not about the final judgment of an inspection activity, it is a complaint.
How can you file a complaint?
You should address your complaint to the Normec FSS management using the form below.
The daily management will register and confirm this written complaint and then take it under consideration.
Within six weeks - if possible - settlement of the complaint will take place.
You will be notified in writing of the settlement.”
