2. Privacy
Our website can usually be used without providing any personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be provided to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. Otherwise, our data privacy policy applies.
3. Online dispute resolution procedures and consumer arbitration board
The EU Commission provides an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes (so-called “OS platform”). The OS platform is intended to serve as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. The OS platform can be reached via the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure, since we do not sell any goods for consumers. We therefore also do not participate in the dispute settlement procedure of a consumer arbitration board.
