Internal audits: Advanced training 2025 Bonn

Normec VQZ is once again inviting participants to its established training course for management representatives in 2025. On November 24, specialists and managers will meet at the Hotel Collegium Leoninum in Bonn to learn about the latest developments in management systems, exchange ideas, and learn from each other.

This year, the focus will be on a topic that is regularly addressed but rarely takes center stage: internal audits. These are a key tool for identifying potential for improvement within a company at an early stage and exploiting it in a targeted manner.

The training course addresses this challenge and provides practical answers to key questions:

How can an internal audit be effectively prepared and carried out? Which methods are suitable for different company sizes and industries? And how can the results be used strategically – beyond simply fulfilling standard requirements?

In addition to the main topic, the speakers will also provide an outlook on upcoming standard revisions, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Another item on the agenda is the increasing digitalization of the certification world, which is not only changing processes but also placing new demands on management representatives.
