Alkaloids
Alkaloids occur naturally in potatoes, vegetables, and fruit. Some can be toxic in high concentrations. With reliable testing by Normec, you can accurately measure alkaloid levels to ensure food safety and quality.
PFAS investigation
Since January 2023, new legislation has been in force regarding the maximum amount of PFAS in certain foods. To demonstrate compliance with this legislation, you must have PFAS testing carried out. However, soil and water analysis is also essential. We are the first commercial laboratory in the Netherlands accredited to analyse PFAS in food, animal feed, soil, and water.
