Cofrac accreditation
Committed to quality since 1996, Normec Abiolab has been accredited by the French Accreditation Committee (Accreditation No. 1-5822, Testing, scope available at www.cofrac.fr) since November 2000 for the environment and September 2011 for agri-food.

Ministry of Solidarity and Health (approved since 1959)
Approved by the Ministry of Solidarity and Health since 1959. This ministry is responsible for health checks on drinking water, swimming pools and bathing areas. It also supervises legionella testing and GMO monitoring.

The laboratory is approved by the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development for analyses of natural water and wastewater. The decree of October 27, 2011, published in the Official Journal of November 9, 2011, sets out the terms and conditions for the accreditation of laboratories carrying out analyses in the field of water and aquatic environments under the Environment Code.

Our laboratories are regularly involved in research and detection analyses of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), in accordance with current regulatory requirements. In this context, Normec Abiolab is accredited to carry out GMO testing in foodstuffs and environmental samples. These analyses are performed in accordance with protocols validated by the competent authorities and are subject to rigorous quality control.

Normec Abiolab is listed under the OQUALIM – SECUVAL program, which guarantees the safety of raw materials intended for animal feed. This listing certifies that our analyses comply with the agri-food sector's requirements in terms of safety, reliability, and traceability of results. The SECUVAL program aims to secure the food chain by ensuring consistent quality in the analyses carried out on raw materials, finished products, and by-products. Our commitment to this program demonstrates our desire to support our customers in the animal nutrition sector with the highest standards.

Normec Abiolab is certified by Qualiopi, the quality certification mark for training providers, issued by accredited bodies. This certification attests to the quality of the process implemented for the development of skills and continuing education of our employees, partners, and customers. Obtained in accordance with the National Quality Reference System (R.N.Q.), Qualiopi certification allows us to offer training courses eligible for public or mutualized funding (OPCO, Pôle Emploi, etc.).

Interlaboratory tests
Committed to ensuring the quality of its results, our laboratories regularly participate in interlaboratory tests through LGC Standard, the AGLAE association, and INERIS. Today, we participate in 27 programs, representing 70 tests per year.

Yes, all our laboratories are COFRAC-accredited (testing section) in accordance with standard NF EN ISO/IEC 17025, which guarantees the technical competence and reliability of our results. This accreditation is official recognition of the quality of our analysis methods and our management system.
In addition, Normec Abiolab is approved by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Ecological Transition, authorising us to operate in sensitive areas such as water, air, food, and healthcare facilities.
We apply protocols that strictly comply with national and European regulations, in line with the requirements of health and environmental authorities. Our methods are regularly updated in line with changing standards and validated by our scientific experts.
Thanks to constant regulatory monitoring, we ensure that our services are always up to date and 100% compliant. Each analysis report is presented in a clear, traceable and usable format within a regulatory framework, whether for audits or internal or external controls.
Turnaround times depend on the type of analysis requested, the nature of the samples, and the location of the laboratory responsible. As a general rule, results are available within 2 to 5 business days for most standard analyses.
For urgent or specific services, faster turnaround times can be offered on request. Our teams are committed to meeting the deadlines we provide and keeping you informed at every stage, with the option of viewing the results via secure digital reports.
