Our technical consultancy team provides high-quality on-site services including sampling and monitoring. With our efficient logistics, we collect samples on the same day with our own drivers and refrigerated vehicles, ensuring rapid sample processing.

Our laboratories are accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) to the norm ISO/IEC 17025:2017, the British, European and International Standard for quality assurance in analytical laboratories. The full standard covers quality assurance and method specific procedures, with all individual methods inspected and approved by UKAS. Normec Latis Scientific Limited, a UKAS accredited testing laboratory No. 2279.

Our laboratories are accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) to the British, European and International Standard for quality assurance in analytical laboratories – BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017. Many of the tests we provide are also accredited by UKAS. View the UKAS schedules.
The use of correct sampling bottles is crucial for preserving the integrity of the samples and complying with UKAS requirements regarding deviating (or non-conforming samples). Deviating samples can be defined as those which are not (correctly) cared for, for example they may have exceeded their maximum holding time, have not been retained at appropriate temperature, are presented in inappropriate containers/packaging, have inappropriate headspace, be denatured through heat, light or humidity, have deteriorated chemically or microbiologically, have become cross contaminated, been damaged in transit, have been supplied in insufficient quantity (or with incorrect dimensions) and so on. Such deviating samples may jeopardise the validity of the reported test or calibration result.
All samples are stored under controlled conditions and transferred directly to the laboratory by temperature controlled vehicles at prescribed times each day.
