Normec Latis Scientific developed a UKAS-compliant testing protocol to assess antimicrobial performance. The study exposed treated and untreated curtain samples to contaminated environments for one week and tested against clinically relevant organisms such as MRSA, Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Results confirmed the silver ion treatment significantly reduced microbial contamination.
