BRL 2506 is the national guideline for the KOMO® and NL BSB® product certificates for recycling granulates used in GWW works, as well as aggregates in asphalt, concrete, bonded foundations, and ballast layers on roofs. The use of secondary materials contributes to the sustainability of the sector. Widespread use of recycling granulates will increase circularity within the industry.

BRL 2506, KOMO® and NL BSB®

Recycling granulate with the KOMO® quality mark complies with the Standard RAW Provisions, the Soil Quality Decree and the NEN-EN 13242, NEN-EN 13055-1 and/or NEN-EN 12620 standards, depending on the application. Recycling granulate with the NL BSB® product certificate only complies with the requirements of the Soil Quality Decree.
