GAP analysis

With a risk scan, also known as a GAP analysis or baseline measurement, we identify all possible risks in the areas of food safety (HACCP), food defence (TACCP) and food fraud (VACCP).

Addressing the risks

Once we have identified the risks in and around your business, we also help you address the resulting areas for improvement. This can be done, for example, by drawing up a food defence plan, a food fraud plan or a chain management plan.
