Normec contributes to forest conservation in Zambia

Normec reaches over €2 billion valuation
Amsterdam, Wednesday, July 10 – Normec, a market leader in the TICC sector (Testing, Inspection, Certification, Compliance), has been acquired for an amount exceeding €2 billion. This transaction is financed through a combination of refinancing and a capital injection of €1.4 billion, raised by the pan-European investment fund Astorg. Normec will continue its acquisition strategy in Europe and is also exploring expansion opportunities in the United States.28 Feb 2024

Normec visits Balamban and Carcar
Nienke Faber-van Lokven and Tatiana Pershukova, representatives of Normec, visited Balamban and Carcar from November 7-8, 2023.
