Plan ahead for the festive season

Closure dates for lab and collection services​ over the festive season 

As the festive season approaches, we’d like to inform our customers of our holiday operating hours to help you plan your sample submissions and collections.    The last day for collections will be 23 December and our County Durham (Normec DETS North) laboratory will close on 24 December 2025 and reopen on 2 January 2026. During this period, no samples will be processed, and no collections will take place. Please drop any samples off before 11am on 24 December to ensure they are booked in before the holidays.     We appreciate your understanding and wish all our clients a safe and restful holiday season. Thank you for your continued partnership - we look forward to working with you in the new year.
