The BRL 9335 covers the method of managing batches of soil or dredged material and soil streams, as well as the qualification of soil and dredged material in accordance with the Soil Quality Decree (SQD). The SQD requires these activities to be carried out by a certified and approved company. If this is not the case, the responsible authority will not accept the activities.

What protocols does the BRL 9335 include?
To the BRL 9335 belong four protocols:
Protocol 9335-1: Individual batches of soil - Environmental health inspection of individual batches of soil within the framework of the Soil Quality Decree
Protocol 9335-2: Soil from projects - Environmental health inspection of batches of soil from projects in the framework of the Decree on Soil Quality
Protocol 9335-4: Composite soil products - Environmental health assessment of composite soil products within the framework of the Decree on Soil Quality
Protocol 9335-9: Civil engineering inspection - Inspection for determining the civil engineering quality of soil
