The CSR Performance Ladder is the management system for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This certification standard allows you to make your CSR efforts transparent to your stakeholders. The CSR Performance Ladder was inspired by management systems such as ISO 9001 and is a concretisation of the ISO 26000 guideline.

CSR Performance Ladder and ISO 9001
The CSR Performance Ladder focuses on the creation, implementation and alignment of an organisation's policies on 31 identifiable CSR themes in the management system. These themes classify themselves into three different sub-areas, which form the core of the CSR Ladder: People, Planet and Profit. The ladder consists of five different steps; the higher the step for which your company is certified, the more distinctive your organisation is. The ladder's High Level Structure makes it easy to supplement an existing ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 management system with the requirements of the CSR Performance Ladder.

When you apply for certification with us, an auditor will visit your organisation to assess your compliance with the CSR Performance Ladder. You will receive a definite answer about the compliance of your organisation with the requested level and about any deviations to be resolved before the certificate is issued. The assessment for the CSR Performance Ladder is done by auditors who know what is going on in your market and what realistic objectives are.
