  • You can prove that you have implemented and maintain an adequate policy to prevent discriminatory requests from clients

  • This inspection is only available for NBBU members

  • NBBU membership provides trust and reliability for your clients

About the NBBU

NBBU stands for the Dutch Association of Mediation and Temporary Employment Agencies. This organization represents the interests of nearly 1,000 staffing agencies, payroll companies, self-employed intermediaries, and other flexible employment service providers. As an NBBU member, you must comply with the proper implementation of the NBBU CLA for Temporary Workers. This demonstrates that you are a reliable partner that meets strict quality standards. Normec conducts inspections to verify compliance.

This is how we inspect your company

On behalf of the NBBU, we periodically conduct CLA inspections and membership criteria checks to prevent discrimination in affiliated organisations. On average, we re-evaluate your organisation every three years. Throughout this process, our experienced experts are available to answer any questions and clarify any uncertainties.
