Testing
Testing of welded joints in compliance with current standards
Destructive testing of electrofusion welding
During the installation of a PE piping system, the quality of the welded joints is of crucial importance. The quality of PE welding can be guaranteed by a number of checks and examinations:
Checking for preparations and welding parameters before the start of the welding process
Control during and after the welding process on site
Ultrasonic PAUT examination of field welding on site
Visual and mechanical examination of (test) welding in an independent laboratory
