Compound test

The strength of a foundation layer is partly determined by the constituents of the material. There are specific composition requirements for each type of foundation material. Normec Laboratory can determine the composition in accordance with RAW 2015 test 35.

Process

This test investigates whether the rubble granulate meets the composition requirements, as laid down in the RAW. This includes the following materials:

  • Masonry

  • Concrete

  • Other stony material

  • Asphalt

  • Non-stony material (metals, plastics)

  • Digestible organic material.

    Sampling

    You take a sample of the material to be analysed. We then collect the samples by courier.

    Testing

    In our lab, we perform the civil or environmental engineering tests that are applicable to you.

    Reporting

    You receive the results of the tests in a clear and unambiguous report.
