Addressing the risks
Once we’ve identified the risks in and around your business, we help you take action on key areas for improvement. This might involve developing a Food Defense Plan, a Food Fraud Plan, or a Chain of Custody Plan, depending on your specific needs.
TACCP
During a Threat Analysis, the project manager will approach your company through the lens of a potential malicious employee, visitor or service provider to determine possible risk areas. This includes evaluating the premises and access routes, current safety measures, and the production process. We assess what someone could do to cause harm, where in the process there are opportunities to cause damage, and how likely it is that they would succeed. We also use interviews to assess your employees' level of knowledge in the field of security.
VACCP
In the vulnerability analysis, the project manager conducts an assessment based on the entire product chain (from farmer to boardroom). The risk is determined based on an assessment of the frequency with which something is possible and the likelihood of it being discovered. Factors included in the analysis include historical data, economic factors, origin, complexity of the chain, etc.
