Risk Safety Sheets
The Risk Safety Sheets can be used to support your food safety plan. There are more than 100 fact sheets, divided into chemical, physical, microbiological hazards, and allergens. The fact sheets provide a substantiation of the severity factor, a description of the severity, the probability description (including the most important product groups in which you can expect this hazard), applicable legislation and regulations, and the sources we consult to compile the fact sheet. We update the Risk Safety Sheets regularly so that you always have the latest information at your fingertips.
Knowledge events online knowledge subscription
Every year, we organise various knowledge events that explore relevant topics in depth. Our own experts or external specialists bridge the gap between theory and practice. Event topics usually align with the themes we cover in our white papers. During these Knowledge Events, we encourage interaction with ample opportunity to ask questions or compare your own practices with those of others. We prefer to run Knowledge Events in person, providing excellent networking opportunities.
