Content Marketer Employer Branding

Your Role

You transform the stories of our colleagues into engaging content, seamlessly aligning their contributions with our mission and values. This is how you help shape our international employer brand, delivering a compelling and consistent message to potential candidates: “You want to work at Normec!” On a daily basis, you contribute to the recruitment campaigns of our various companies. This involves crafting LinkedIn posts, creating content for Facebook and Instagram, and designing testimonials for our website. You’ll also take on a coordinating role to ensure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will oversee the employer branding materials featured on our website and social media channels. You may also contribute to internal and corporate communication projects, such as The Normec Fit, a programme that highlights the synergy between Normec and its employees.

What We Offer You

  • A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,600, based on 40 hours, tailored to your skills and experience.

  • Flexible working arrangements: work from Utrecht, Den Bosch, or partly from home.

  • 25 holidays plus 8% holiday allowance.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as HR, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent qualifications.

  • At least one to three years of experience in a similar marketing role.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.

  • A flair for storytelling, translating our identity into inspiring and attractive content.

  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment is a plus.

Your New Team

You will join the Marketing & Communications team at Normec. This department consists of five sub-teams: Creative Services, Communications and Events, Integrated Marketing, Integrated Sales, and Business Partners. With over 20 colleagues working across Utrecht and Den Bosch, we collaborate to achieve our goals while maintaining a positive working atmosphere.
