The role
As a Business Partner Sustainability, you play a key role in Normec’s largest division. You act as the strategic sparring partner for the management teams within the division, with your insights and recommendations directly influencing key decisions. With your strategic vision and hands-on execution, you develop marketing plans that strengthen our position as a market leader in sustainability—across the seven countries where your division operates.
In this role, you make an impact: your work not only contributes to the commercial success of the division but also to achieving a more sustainable future. The diversity of our service portfolio and the complexity of our entities require a solid foundation in B2B marketing. Do you also have experience in a marketing or communications agency? That’s a valuable addition, as this experience will prepare you for the broad scope and dynamics of this role. Together with the marketing team, you ensure that every entity within the division receives the right support, tailored to their maturity and growth potential.
What will you do?
Develop and coordinate marketing strategies that align with our sustainable vision and contribute to the commercial success of the division.
Collaborate with entities within the division to effectively position their unique sustainable services and products.
Coordinate campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives to strengthen our market position.
Optimize processes and projects, enhancing efficiency through close collaboration with internal teams.
Respond to market trends and customer needs to develop innovative marketing solutions.

What do you bring?
At least 8 years of experience in marketing or communication, preferably in a complex B2B environment.
Experience with agency-like structures and managing various stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
Excellent communication skills, in both Dutch and English.
A passion for sustainability and the ambition to make a difference.
Flexibility and a willingness to travel occasionally, given the international locations of our entities.
