Your Role: Recruitment Marketing Focus
We are looking to support our teams and entities in deploying (online) recruitment marketing campaigns, and that’s where you come in. As a Performance Marketer, you bring a broad understanding of the online marketing landscape. Whether it’s social channels, SEA, SEO, or display marketing, you know how to effectively reach the target audience and refine campaigns to maximise their impact.
Key Responsibilities
Setting up and managing effective campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, and GA4.
Optimising campaigns based on collected data to ensure they perform at their best.
Sharing campaign insights with your content colleagues, providing targeted input to help them create optimised materials for further improvements.
Embracing innovation by researching, testing, and implementing new ideas, tools, and trends to refine your approach.
What We Offer
A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,000 (based on 40 hours), tailored to your experience and expertise.
Flexible working options: from Utrecht, Den Bosch, or partly remote.
25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance.

What You Bring
You are curious, analytical, and strategic. You work methodically, have a sharp eye for detail, and ensure campaigns are monitored and managed in an organised manner.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as HR, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent level of education and experience.
At least 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing.
Experience with recruitment or employer branding campaigns is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.

You’ll join Normec’s Marketing & Communications team, which comprises five sub-teams: Creative Services, Communications and Events, Integrated Marketing, Integrated Sales, and Business Partners. Together, we are a team of over 20 colleagues, each contributing their unique strengths. With offices in Utrecht and Den Bosch, we collaborate closely to achieve our goals while fostering a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
