At Normec AWS, quality is our top priority. Our experts regularly update their knowledge through training and work with state-of-the-art, well-maintained equipment. We keep communication lines short and automate processes wherever possible, allowing clients to track measurement and examination data in real time. Long-term client relationships enable us to compare current data with historical records, ensuring quick action if discrepancies arise. Accredited Sampling Normec AWS is among the few sampling companies accredited for sampling activities. While laboratories have long been accredited for analysis, sampling accreditation remains rare. Our quality system and sampling performance undergo annual audits by the Accreditation Council, following NEN-EN-ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards. Accredited activities are detailed in our scope.
EBN ISO 14001
Normec AWS has an environmental management system according to ISO 14001:2015. The 2015 version of ISO 14001 puts even more emphasis on anticipating and managing potential environmental risks in business operations. Certificate number EBN.ISO.EMS.4142-1 was issued by EBN Certification. * Related to sampling and monitoring for water quality purposes.

Also, Normec AWS has a quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015. The 2015 version of ISO 9001:2015 emphasises the importance of customer requirements, quality and continuous development. To ensure the safety of your and our employees during execution, our employees are trained to responsibly handle dangerous situations. In addition to their training in this respect, they also have the necessary personal safety equipment. All our field staff are therefore VCA-certified and we as a company also have a VCA certificate.

Yes, we do! Everything is carried out in consultation with you. While we recommend managing the whole process ourselves for simplicity and to take full responsibility, clients can also choose to handle certain aspects themselves. In consultation, we can then still work together using clear communication to realise the service.
