Submitting a Complaint
We’re sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with a service we have provided or had a negative experience with one of our employees. We aim to prevent such situations from happening again. Normec AWS has a formal complaints procedure in place. You can fill out and submit the complaint form below.
We will confirm receipt of your complaint as soon as possible. We will also inform you when you can expect a resolution. If we are unable to meet this timeline, we will let you know the reason and provide a new expected resolution date. Once your complaint has been handled, we will inform you of the outcome and ask whether you are satisfied with how it was resolved.
