In this role, you will monitor the quality of the certification process and take care of the necessary administration. Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? What do you get to do

The word challenging pretty much sums it up. Your position is very dynamic. You interact a lot with customers and work with your back-office colleagues and Auditors. You see making the certification process successful as your main priority. With everything that this entails. So what can you think about? Time for an overview:

  • A request comes in and is processed by your commercial colleagues. Upon approval of the offer, they hand it over to you, and you can then start the certification process.

  • You check what type of certification is involved and select the right Auditor for this.

  • You then check which documentation and information is required and check whether it meets all the conditions. Is any information incorrect or missing? You ensure that this is corrected and completed as quickly as possible.

  • During the process, you keep an eye on the deadlines for company audits, final assessments/reports and the actual issue of the certificate, among other things.

  • Using the standards, you look critically at administrative terms of reports, audit plans and statements and address colleagues about inconsistencies.

  • You are the point of contact for the customer and support the management in various research projects.

  • You have a diverse range of tasks and many responsibilities. This also includes administrative tasks

What do you bring?

  • At least a completed college education, it is an advantage if you have completed an education in a legal field.

  • At least 1 year's work experience in business services.

  • You are a strong communicator and enjoy a lot of contact with colleagues and clients by telephone.

  • You are critical, but fair.

  • Given the hectic nature of this job, you are stress-resistant.

  • You are meticulous, impartial and think in terms of solutions.

  • You have no problem taking important decisions and are not afraid to implement them.

  • You are not afraid to carry out certain administrative tasks.
