Are you inquisitive, confident and do you enjoy working from a new location every day? As an Auditor Quality, Safety and Environment, you perform audits that actually add something. As a specialist, you will help these companies develop to a higher level. Thanks to your expertise, companies know how to work even more carefully, resulting in satisfied customers. That makes this role not only very varied, but also socially relevant. As far as you are concerned, the best aspect of it.
What you will do there?
Yes, it changes from week to week. Take for instance this week: on Monday you visit a small cleaning company, on Tuesday a medium-sized company that makes microchips and today you audit a company with 1,200 employees in the civil engineering sector. At these organisations, you will check how the company complies with safety, quality and environmental schemes.
You will kick off the day with the management and the HSE coordinator. During the first informal meeting, you already listen carefully and gather the first important information. Next, you interview the head of the business office and the head of finance. You inquire about their work and ask questions thoroughly. Back at the workplace that has been cleared for you, you carry out a document search. In the afternoon, you go into the field and check whether the established procedures are also followed there. Are employees working according to safety regulations, are they wearing their personal protective equipment? But also: what is done with a non-fitting budget, with customer complaints and how do they record trend analyses? You report your findings back to the customer and make sure they are properly completed. You end the day with a good feeling.
What do we offer you
A salary between €3,500 and €5,000 based on full-time employment, depending on your work experience and level of knowledge. With very extensive experience, it is possible to talk about an appropriate salary;

An independent and challenging job, with the prospect of permanent employment;

What do you bring
HBO working and/or thinking level;
You are in possession of an MVK or HVK diploma;
At least three years' work experience as a quality/safety professional.
You are inquisitive, responsible, independent and confident. You enjoy digging through legislation and regulations.
Your new working environment
The atmosphere within the organisation can be described as approachable and informal. Colleagues like to help each other, and even though you will be on the road a lot, you will speak to your colleagues regularly! When you start, you will begin our induction programme, in which you will be assigned a colleague as your mentor. You will be told more about this during the job interview. In addition, every Friday there are cosy drinks parties at the office, which you are always welcome to join. We also organise various company parties, such as the annual BBQ and the summer/winter party.
