What do you get to do

As Sustainability Auditor, you will visit various clients to check whether they meet the requirements set according to the sustainability instrument CO2 Performance Ladder. You do this in particular, by assessing the company documentation from various angles and holding discussions with various employees. In this way, you check whether the documented situation corresponds to the practical situation. In doing so, you calculate whether the measures taken by the client have led to the desired CO2 reduction. As an Auditor, you are not a consultant, but a real assessor! You carry out daily audits at our clients who wish to be certified or wish to retain their certificate. You will do this independently, although you will regularly consult with immediate colleagues on standard interpretations and the execution of audits. After the on-site investigation, you report the findings and ensure proper handling.

What do we offer you

• A salary between €3,500 and €5,000 based on full-time employment, depending on your work experience and level of knowledge. With very extensive experience, it is possible to talk about an appropriate salary;

• You have the necessary persuasiveness and empathy. Furthermore, you are responsible and can work well independently. Finally, you are critical, dare to make decisions and consider quality of paramount importance.

• HBO working and/or thinking level;

• Demonstrable knowledge of the CO2 Performance Ladder and sustainability aspects.

Your new working environment

The atmosphere within the organisation can be described as approachable and informal. Colleagues like to help each other, and even though you will be on the road a lot, you will speak to your colleagues regularly! When you start, you will begin our induction programme, in which you will be assigned a colleague as your mentor. You will be told more about this during the job interview. In addition, every Friday there are cosy drinks parties at the office, which you are always welcome to join. We also organise various company parties, such as the annual BBQ and the summer/winter party.
