What do you get to do

The SCC certificate stands for confidence, for competent companies with well-trained employees, professional safety management and a strong commitment to safety. You go out daily to various companies to issue this beautiful certificate. Especially at contractors, soil investigators, asbestos removal and installation companies (GWW sector), you will perform audits.

You start the day with the management and the HSE coordinator. During the first informal meeting, you already listen carefully and gather the first important information. Then you make a round through the company and check whether reality matches what you have heard. You check personnel files and review the latest internal audits and the RI&E. In the afternoon, you go into the field and check whether the established procedures are being followed there as well. You report back your findings to the client and make sure they are properly completed. You end the day with a good feeling.

What do we offer you

• A salary between €3,500 and €5,000 based on full-time employment, depending on your work experience and level of knowledge. With very extensive experience, it is possible to talk about an appropriate salary;

• You will of course receive all the resources you need to do your job well, such as a lease car, laptop, smartphone and possibly a tablet, all to be used privately as well;

• An independent and challenging job, with the prospect of permanent employment;

• Collective pension scheme, with 50% premium paid by us.

What do you bring

• HBO working and/or thinking level;

• You are in possession of an MVK or HVK diploma;

• At least three years' work experience with a company in the sector;

• You are inquisitive, responsible, independent and confident. You have good social and communication skills.

Your new working environment

The atmosphere within the organisation can be described as approachable and informal. Colleagues like to help each other, and even though you will be on the road a lot, you will speak to your colleagues regularly! When you start, you will begin our induction programme, in which you will be assigned a colleague as your mentor. You will be told more about this during the job interview. In addition, every Friday there are cosy drinks parties at the office, which you are always welcome to join. We also organise various company parties, such as the annual BBQ and the summer/winter party.
