Taking customers into the world of certifications and inspections. That is what you will do as an Inside Sales Employee. In doing so, you will be active in both relationship management and sales. And extra fun: you will work in an enthusiastic, young and growing team in Geldermalsen. Sounds good, right?
Contribute to the growth of Normec!
Telephone contact is central to your role. A customer requests a quote, for example for an ISO 9001 and VCA certificate or asbestos removal inspection. You ensure that the quotation is delivered within 24 hours. A great challenge! In doing so, you liaise with the (Commercial) Director and inform the various customers, from contractors to manufacturers to local market gardeners. You then work to close a deal and build a relationship. In short:
You follow up leads by phone and inform potential customers about our products and services;
You collect data for quotations and prepare them yourself;
You contact customers by phone after sending out the quotes and close deals;
You focus on relationship management: from sending a birthday card to wishing success with the audit and highlighting our new services;
You identify developments in the market and translate these into plans for new products and services
What do you bring
Good communication, leave that to you! You speak and write Dutch well and have a service-oriented attitude. At the same time, you are goal-oriented and enjoy meeting targets. You are proactive and full of enthusiasm. Time and again, you want to get the best out of yourself and look for opportunities to do your job even better. You can also work both independently and in a team. And helping customers on the phone? That is where you excel.
Furthermore, you possess
MBO 4 or HBO level, this through your education or experience;
A structured working method;
Preferably some experience in a similar position.
