Service-related complaints

Your satisfaction with our services is very important to us. If you are ever dissatisfied, we encourage you to let us know. This allows us to find a suitable solution together and improve our services in the future.

Appealing a final assessment

If you disagree with the final outcome of an inspection, you may file an appeal. This can only be done by the client. If your objection does not concern the final result of an inspection activity, it is considered a complaint.

How to submit a complaint

  1. Address your written complaint to the management of Normec VRO.

  2. The complaint will be registered, and you will receive a confirmation that it is being processed.

  3. If possible, the complaint will be resolved within six weeks.

  4. You will receive a written notice of the outcome.

Appeals procedure

Decisions made by Normec during the certification process can be contested. This is done by submitting a formal written appeal that outlines the grounds for your objection.

How to submit an appeal

  1. Address your written appeal to the management of Normec VRO.

  2. Your appeal will be registered, and you will receive confirmation that it is being processed.

  3. You will be invited to a hearing to explain your position, where you may be accompanied by a legal representative.

  4. A new, reasoned decision will be sent to you in writing no later than two months after receiving your appeal or after the hearing has taken place.
