The Wtta is coming, how do I prepare?

The Wet toelating terbeschikkingstelling van arbeidskrachten (Wtta) is expected to come into force on 1 January 2027. The current SNA hallmark will form the basis for the Wtta standards framework. On top of that, additional requirements will be imposed. How do you prepare for this as a company that provides labour? And what steps can you take now? The Wet toelating terbeschikkingstelling van arbeidskrachten (Wtta) (Law on the Admission of the Supply of Labour) imposes requirements on temporary employment agencies, payroll companies and secondment agencies. They must obtain official authorisation from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment to be allowed to post workers. The Netherlands Labour Inspectorate enforces this rule. If a hirer has not obtained authorisation before the entry into force of the Wtta, the sending out of labour is prohibited. If the hirer still violates this prohibition, it risks a fine. Hirers who hire workers from unauthorised agencies can also be fined.
