Internet consultation ‘Bill on the admission of posting of workers’ opened

Internet consultation opened on ‘Bill on the admission of labour forces’ The Bill on the Admission for the Posting of Workers Act (Wtta) goes hand in hand with proposed amendments to the Wet allocatie arbeidskrachten door intermediairs (Waadi). As a result, the Decree on allocation of labour forces by intermediaries should also be amended. Standard requirements for hirers are included in this decree. Comments can be made on this consultation until 24-02-2024.

For whom?

The consultation is for employees (agency workers), agency employers, social partners, the Dutch Labour Inspectorate and the Tax Authorities.

What will change?

The parts of the draft decision include:

• The method of submitting an application for admission.

• The provision and receipt of data through the Dutch Labour Inspectorate, Tax and Customs Administration and

• SNCU, among others.

• How to provide financial security and the expiry of this obligation.

• Data to be included in the public register.

• Designation of inspection bodies.

• Which subjects the requirements of the standards framework may consist of exclusively (in addition to what is regulated in the law).

• Which aspects of the law will be developed by ministerial regulation.
