New sites inspected within six weeks
SNF Regional Day inspection at Normec VRO
Last year, we started a pilot to inspect new SNF sites faster for our customers. New sites are required by the standard to be inspected within six weeks of notification. At Normec VRO, we can comply with this, by introducing the SNF Regional Day.
The pilot was well received and after some adjustments to the notification process, we have decided to offer this service as standard to all our SNF customers.
What are the SNF-Regiondays?
The SNF seal of approval shows that your accommodation meets the standard for housing migrant workers. If you add a new location to the location register, it must be inspected within six weeks. If a new location is not inspected on time, it may affect your SNF quality mark. Therefore, make sure you register the site for inspection in time.
The registration of a new location may occur shortly after a regular inspection day. A regular appointment must be scheduled for the new location. For this reason, Normec VRO organises the SNF Regular Days. During these days, our SNF inspectors visit several separate sites within a region, allowing us to offer the inspections at a reduced region-site rate. Register your site now for an inspection in your region, then registration will be inexpensive, on time and to the applicable SNF standard.
How can you register for the SNF-Regionaldays?
Every month, our customers receive an e-mail informing them that the Regional Day for the following month is open for registrations. By replying to this e-mail, you register. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt and will receive an appointment confirmation within three weeks. In the unlikely event that your location(s) do not fit into the itinerary, we will always contact you to make a regular appointment.
Please note, you may register a maximum of three locations per province per month.
