Normec Advipro A-Team Managers Team: Expanding for Success
In the dynamic world of life sciences, our growth is crucial to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. At Normec Advipro, we have recently made a remarkable expansion in our management team, specifically within our ATM (A-Team Managers) team.
In this blog, we would like to tell you about the amazing growth that our ATM team has experienced, from 9 to 15 enthusiastic members! From the 9 previous A-Team Managers, no fewer than 5 colleagues have progressed to Associate Business Manager, thus adding 11 new A-Team Managers. This leap forward has taken our performance in the life sciences industry to unprecedented heights.
The Normec Advipro ATM Team: a Powerful Expansion
Our Normec Advipro ATM team, consisting of our A-Team Managers, is at the heart of our strategic decision-making and operational execution. Due to our recent growth and success, we have expanded the team to as many as 15 members.
This expansion is a direct result of the growth of our company and the increasing demand for our services in the life sciences.
Naturally, the new managers were thoroughly trained so that they could perform their new roles with the required knowledge.
Better Engagement with Customers and The ATM Team
One of the main reasons for expanding our ATM team is to increase engagement with our customers and our internal A-Team. With a larger team of A-Team Managers, we can build an even closer relationship with our customers.
As a result, we are better able to understand and support their specific needs and challenges, but also provide tailor-made solutions that meet the highest quality standards.
In addition, ATMs have as an important pillar the follow-up of the Advipro A-Team, by conducting feedback interviews and supporting them at the customer's premises.

By meeting regularly with our A-Team members, we can support them personally and directly in their projects and personal growth. Thanks to the expansion of the ATM team, we as ATMs have the opportunity to be closer to the client and gain a clear understanding of what’s happening and what the client’s needs are.

The role of A-Team Manager is a great additional challenge on top of my current project work. As A-Team Managers, we focus on maintaining close contact with our team members on projects, which also gives us the opportunity to further develop in a more people management role. It’s very fulfilling to contribute to the connection between Advipro and its employees, ensuring that everyone on our team is happy on their projects!
