WTTA Passed by the House of Representatives

WTTA Passed: Why Taking Action Now Is Crucial

On April 15, 2025, the Dutch House of Representatives passed the Law on the Admission for the Provision of Temporary Workers (WTTA) by a large majority. This law introduces a mandatory admission requirement for all companies that supply temporary workers. The goals: increased oversight of the temporary employment sector, better protection for workers—especially labor migrants—and a level playing field for all involved parties.

Although the official implementation date has yet to be confirmed, one thing is clear: the time for voluntary compliance is over. Only companies with formal admission will be allowed to operate in the market in the future.

The Senate is expected to review the proposal before the summer recess. That’s why it's wise for organizations to begin preparations now.
