Olivier es director general de Healthcare and Pharma en Normec. Ha ocupado puestos de alta dirección en el sector de pruebas, inspección, certificación y cumplimiento (TICC) en Europa y Asia, entre ellos el de director para Asia-Pacífico en Eurofins y, posteriormente, el de director de operaciones del grupo para funciones de apoyo. Antes de Eurofins, Olivier trabajó en PPG Industries como director general de Retail Architectural Coatings en el suroeste de Europa. Comenzó su carrera en Oliver Wyman, centrándose en la estrategia y la mejora del rendimiento. Olivier tiene un máster en Ingeniería Mecánica por la CentraleSupélec.
