Olivier est directeur général du département Santé et Pharmacie chez Normec. Il a occupé des postes de direction dans le secteur des essais, inspections, certifications et conformité (TICC) en Europe et en Asie, notamment à la tête de la région Asie-Pacifique chez Eurofins, puis en tant que directeur des opérations du groupe pour les fonctions de soutien. Avant de rejoindre Eurofins, Olivier a travaillé chez PPG Industries en tant que directeur général des revêtements architecturaux pour le commerce de détail dans le sud-ouest de l'Europe. Il a débuté sa carrière chez Oliver Wyman, où il s'est concentré sur la stratégie et l'amélioration des performances. Olivier est titulaire d'un master en génie mécanique de CentraleSupélec.
