At Normec Foodcare, real consumers evaluate food products, concepts, recipes and packaging. After all, they are the ones who buy the product, buy it again and decide whether it will be successful or not. Every month, more than 1,000 products are tested by our panel.

Panel composition
At least 75 consumers between the ages of 18 and 67 are surveyed per test. Our panels are made up of around 65% women and 35% men, thus representing a cross-section of the purchasing population.
Target
The panel participants can also be selected individually according to customer specifications. It is possible to filter the panel according to various criteria such as gender, age or dietary preferences. This means, for example, that only participants who follow a vegan diet can be surveyed.
