Approvals and accreditations
COFRAC accreditation is a guarantee of competence, quality and impartiality in the performance of our analytical and sampling activities. ABIOLAB has been accredited by COFRAC for over 20 years (testing section, lists of sites and scopes of accreditation available at www.cofrac.fr).
In addition to COFRAC accreditation, ABIOLAB is approved by the Ministry of Solidarity and Health and the Ministry of Ecological Transition in order to best meet the expectations of our customers, whose regulations require these specific approvals.

Interlaboratory tests
In order to ensure the quality of its results, our laboratories regularly participate in interlaboratory tests through LGC Standard, the AGLAE association and INERIS. We currently participate in 27 programmes, representing 70 tests per year.

Ministry of Ecological Transition
The laboratory is approved by the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development for analyses of natural water and wastewater. The decree of 27 October 2011, published in the Official Journal of 9 November 2011, sets out the terms and conditions for the accreditation of laboratories carrying out analyses in the field of water and aquatic environments under the Environment Code. Two notices set out the quantification limits to be complied with (notice of 21 January 2012) and the hydrobiological methodologies to be applied (notice of 4 February 2012) within the framework of the decree of 27 October 2011.
