Normec Innovative Fresh carries out quality measurements on potatoes, vegetables, and fruit (AGF), conducts shelf life tests, and makes product comparisons. It assesses the extent to which supermarket chains comply with quality instructions. The quality of fruit and vegetables in stores is also tested. Many of the lab in Heemskerk's customers are based abroad, so the work is very international.
