What will you be doing?
As a Planner, you will be part of a friendly team of 8 office colleagues and 18 auditors working in the field. The atmosphere is informal, and colleagues are always willing to help each other out. You’ll work in a beautiful historic building with modern office equipment, including an electric sit/stand desk.
Your main responsibility is to schedule certification, periodic audits, and project visits for clients. You’ll organize these appointments for the auditors, taking into account their competencies, knowledge, and the region where they are based. It’s a bit like puzzle-solving, as clients will occasionally ask to reschedule previously planned appointments, so you need to be quick on your feet and think creatively to find solutions.
As a Planner, you’ll be in constant phone contact with clients to coordinate appointments. You’ll need to feel comfortable picking up the phone and making arrangements. No two days are the same, and you’ll have plenty of variety and responsibility in your role.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Efficiently and timely scheduling of certification audits, periodic audits, and project visits.
Communicating the scheduled audits to both the client and the auditor.
Ensuring all correspondence is prepared before the audit.
Recording specific scheduling requirements.
Managing and responding to the planner’s mailbox.
Conducting and recording Customer Satisfaction Surveys (KTOs).

What do you bring?
At least a bachelor’s (HBO) level of work and thinking.
Ideally, you have some experience with service scheduling and/or experience in quality and safety systems.
Knowledge of regulations related to conducting audits is a plus.
You are meticulous in your work and able to work independently.
You have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
