"How can we as a company in the TICC sector operate more sustainably, cleaner, safer, fairer and healthier? It was this question that led to the establishment of Normec several years ago.
This intrinsic desire for better has always guided the (strategic) choices we make. Which companies do we acquire, how do we set up our services, which employer do we want to be, how do we fulfill our social role? To provide constructive answers to these and other questions, as an organization you cannot help but keep the long term in mind. It is both "here and now," as much as it is "there and later. See there in a nutshell what ESG policy is all about.
Keeping the balance between day-to-day operations and the dynamics of rapid growth on the one hand and keeping an eye on long-term goals on the other is a challenge. And an opportunity. That's really how we see it at Normec. For us, entrepreneurship goes hand in hand with wanting to do good(er) for this and future generations.
