
Mads Dehlsen Winther appointed Chief Financial Officer of Normec Group
Amsterdam, 2 February 2026 – Normec announces the appointment of Mads Dehlsen Winther as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective today.
Mads, a Danish national, brings extensive international leadership experience and a strong cross-border perspective to Normec’s executive team. His appointment supports Normec’s ambition to further strengthen its organisation as the group continues to grow, both organically and through acquisitions, across multiple geographies.
Mads has held senior finance and executive roles in complex, fast-growing international organisations. Most recently, he served as Group CFO at Oterra and HusCompagniet. In these roles, he worked closely with executive leadership teams across countries and functions, supported large-scale transformation programmes and guided organisations through key milestones, including an IPO.
In addition to his CFO positions, Mads has built a broad profile as interim CEO, board member and senior advisor to private equity and family-owned investors. His experience spans the renewables, infrastructure, transportation and industrial sectors, where he has been actively involved in strategy, governance and value creation.
With his financial expertise, strategic mindset and international perspective, Mads Dehlsen Winther will play a key role in supporting Normec’s long-term growth.
