Normec recently received great news from sustainability platform EcoVadis, the independent and internationally recognized agency that assesses sustainability performance of companies worldwide. EcoVadis has rewarded our ESG efforts last year with a silver rating!
Our services in the TICC industry share much common ground with the ESG and CSR criteria on which EcoVadis assesses companies. Yet, as it turned out last year, there is a lot involved in making our business operations more integrally sustainable as well. We are proud that EcoVadis rewarded our efforts with silver. Especially because we scored particularly well in the areas of Labor & Human Rights and Environment.
With this rating, Normec is among the top 25% of the 90,000 companies rated by EcoVadis. This result not only confirms that we are on the right track, it is also a motivation to work even harder on our sustainability ambitions. After all, our employees, customers, suppliers and stakeholders deserve an employer and partner who is sincerely and constructively committed to people and planet.
