Sinds Tatiana in 2019 bij Normec Hybeta in dienst trad als wagenparkbeheerder en manager opleidingen en seminars, heeft ze een duidelijk beeld gekregen van hoe ESG-principes er in de praktijk uit zouden moeten zien. “Voor mij draait ESG niet om grote modewoorden of perfecte concepten. Het gaat om bewustwording en kleine, praktische verbeteringen die op termijn het verschil maken.” De rol van ESG Change Champion op zich nemen voelde daarom als een logische stap: een kans om die overtuiging om te zetten in iets tastbaars binnen de organisatie.

Voor veel organisaties is water iets vanzelfsprekends. Het stroomt uit de kraan, koelt installaties, verwarmt gebouwen en ondersteunt industriële processen.
